Return Policy for Criminal's

At Criminal's, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, we offer a straightforward return process within 14 days of purchase.

Return Conditions:

1. Return Period: Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Product Condition: To qualify for a return, products must be in their original packaging and without visual damage. Products can be used but must be returned in the same condition as received.

3. Exceptions: We currently do not sell hygiene products, so all our products are eligible for return.

4. Refund: We do not offer exchanges. Upon an approved return, the purchase price will be refunded to you.

5. Return Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
